- The product is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
- The request is made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Fresh or frozen meat that has been opened or consumed.
- Items not reported within the 24-hour return period.
- Products that have been mishandled or stored improperly after delivery.
3. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:

- Provide photographic evidence if the item is damaged or spoiled.
- Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we can offer an exchange for the correct item. Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
